Stone Project Drive — User Guide

The Stone Project Drive companion app mounts your company files as a disk on Mac or Windows, similar to Google Drive File Stream.

Install

  1. Download from Settings → Integrations → Stone Project Drive in the Stone Project app (Mac/Windows), or from GitHub Releases.
  2. Run the installer (.dmg on Mac, StoneProjectDrive-Setup.exe on Windows).
  3. Launch Stone Project Drive from Applications or the Start menu.

  1. Enter your Stone Project email and password.
  2. The app connects to your company automatically.
  3. Signing in on the desktop does not sign you out of the Stone Project mobile or web app.
  4. Enable Mount automatically when signed in if you want the drive on every login.

Mount the drive

  • Click Mount Drive — your files appear at:
  • macOS: ~/Stone Project Drive
  • Windows: R:
  • Use Open folder to jump to the mount in Finder or Explorer.

Offline folders

  1. Browse folders in the companion window (Open / Up to navigate).
  2. Select a project folder and click Pin.
  3. Pinned folders stay available without internet.
