Supply Store

Buy fabrication supplies inside Stone Project, or sell your catalog through the Supplier Portal.

Availability: Pro fabricators (buyer) · US suppliers (seller portal)

Overview

The Supply Store is a B2B marketplace for shop supplies — adhesives, blades, tooling, consumables — and stone slabs sold by distributors. It is separate from:

  • The remnant marketplace (buying/selling stone pieces between fabricators)
  • Suppliers in CRM/procurement (your slab distributors for purchasing inventory)
Role Where What you do
Fabricator (buyer) Flutter/Web app → Supply Chain → Supply Store Browse, cart, Stripe checkout, track orders
Vendor (seller) Web Supplier Portal (/supplier) Register, list products, ship orders, payouts
Affiliate partner Partner Portal (/partners) Refer Stone Project subscriptions (not Supply Store)

For fabricators — buying supplies

Access

  1. Sign in to Stone Project as a fabricator with an active company.
  2. Open the sidebar → Supply ChainSupply Store.
  3. Your user needs the marketplace.purchase permission (enabled by default for owners; assign in Team → Permissions).

Shopping flow

  1. Browse — search, filter by category or product type (Supplies vs Slabs), sort by price, name, or slab area.
  2. Product detail — view images, stock, dimensions (for slabs), flat freight per slab, and seller.
  3. Cart — persisted per company on the device; one checkout per supplier at a time. Individual slabs are limited to quantity 1.
  4. Checkout — enter shipping address → Stripe hosted payment.
  5. Orders — Supply Store → orders icon; track status (paid, shipped, delivered).

Slabs vs supplies

Type Examples Shipping
Supply Adhesives, blades, tooling Supplier flat rate or calculated parcel (Shippo)
Slab Granite, quartz, porcelain sheets Fixed freight per slab set on each product

Slab listings can be individual (one unique sheet, qty 1) or catalog (multiple units in stock). After an individual slab sells, it is automatically removed from the catalog.

For suppliers — selling on the store

The supplier experience is a web portal (English, US market), not inside the mobile app.

Getting started

  1. Go to Supplier registration.
  2. Submit company details — account starts as pending.
  3. Stone Project backoffice reviews and approves your application.
  4. After approval, complete Stripe Connect onboarding in the portal.
  5. Create products (draft → active when ready to sell). Choose Supply or Slab when creating a product.

For slab products, enter dimensions (L×W×thickness), material, stone type, and a flat freight amount per slab. Individual slabs must have stock quantity 1.

Supplier portal features

  • Dashboard — approval status, quick stats

  • Orders — mark shipped (tracking number), mark delivered
